About Kelvingrove Bandstand
Built in 1924 and nestled in the heart of Kelvingrove Park, the Bandstand and Amphitheatre is one of Glasgow's most beautiful outdoor venues. After decades of neglect it was lovingly restored and reopened in 2014 following a £1.9m refurbishment. In summer it hosts an eclectic programme of concerts against the stunning backdrop of the Victorian park and the Kelvingrove Art Gallery.
